Farm-To-Fashion
What Is Farm-to-Fashion?
AOAC’s Farm-to-Fashion model bridges the gap between agriculture and fashion. It’s a circular, community-based approach to textile production that empowers farmers, designers, and manufacturers through sustainable practices and local resources.
Our Regional Hubs

AOAC works across several counties to localize
textile innovation:
Siaya – Cotton farming training and irrigation
Kisumu – Water hyacinth research and weaving
Migori & Homa Bay – Women-led tailoring cooperatives
Busia & Vihiga – Youth-focused design labs
Kakamega – Textile recycling and eco-material R&D
Women & Youth Empowerment
We provide targeted training for women and youth in textile design, entrepreneurship, and sustainable garment production.
